Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026. By using Collabor8IQ ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Platform Usage

Collabor8IQ provides an AI-powered team culture diagnostics platform. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm the Platform or other users.

2. Intellectual Property

We own or license the Platform, its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of the data you upload (e.g. assessment PDFs, team information). You grant us a limited licence to process and store that data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for: the accuracy of data you provide; ensuring you have rights to upload any assessments or personal data; and compliance with applicable laws (including data protection). You must not upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal, and you must keep your account credentials secure.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at sign-up or on the pricing page. Fees are due in advance (e.g. monthly or annually). Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The Platform supports team insights and coaching context; it is not a clinical or diagnostic tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Platform ceases; we will handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
